Whether vintage, used or brand new, we’ll get your instrument in great playing shape.
Our skilled technicians will examine and assess your musical instrument maintenance and repair needs on-site with friendly and timely service. If we can’t fix it, we’ll help you find someone who can.

THE REPAIR SHOP’S ON-SITE REPAIR SERVICES INCLUDE (BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO):
Set-Up

Includes new strings, set bridge/saddle height and radius, adjust action, clean/oil fretboard, clean and polish body, clean electronics, adjust truss rod, tighten tuners and intonate. Up charges for premium string requests.
We highly recommend a full set-up for maximum value and best maintenance for your instrument.

*Overly dirty instruments will incur a $10 fee for extra labor required
Electric Pick-Up Replacement

Hollow Body Guitars – $120 to $150 plus cost of Pickup
Telecaster – $75 for bridge pickup/intonation: $95 for two plus cost of pickups
Stratocaster – $55 for one pickup, $70 for two, $80 for three plus cost of pickups

Tuner Replacement

Band/Orchestra Instruments
We partner with outside band and orchestra service providers to meet your needs. Please give us a call to set up repair or maintenance for your instrument.
Additionally, we rent all manner of band/orchestra instruments (Fractional Violins, Violas and Cellos are available) as well as Guitars, Mandolins and Banjos.

We respectfully request that you don’t call for an update until the end of the above timeframes, the less our lutheries are called away, the faster we will get to your instrument.
What happens when the repair is complete?
Music on the Hill staff will call you and leave a message. You will have 14 days to pick it up.
We recommend that you add MOTH’s phone number to your phone and listen to the message before calling back
What happens if I don’t pick up my instrument within 14 days?
After 14 days from when MOTH reaches out, the customer will be charged a holding fee of $15/week until pickup
Any instrument that has not been picked up within 60 days will be considered legally abandoned and the property of Music on the Hill
